Supporting integrated land use and infrastructure planning at Circular Quay
Located between the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay is one of Australia’s most significant historical and cultural precincts and key transport hubs. The Circular Quay Renewal (CQR) program is part of the broader NSW Government strategy to integrate land use and infrastructure planning to create more vibrant and livable places.
Supporting Stage 1 and 2 of the program, Tetra Tech Coffey’s team comprised experts from Tetra Tech Coffey, Eco Logical Australia, A Tetra Tech Company, and Norman Disney & Young, A Tetra Tech Company.

- Investigations with a 3D rendered point cloud laser scan of wharves (above and below ground) and building facades.
Stage 2 will include the delivery of:
- Additional in-depth data for BIM models to facilitate the modelling of future designs for the renewal project and construction planning.
