Our Consultant Development Program aims to provide our emerging professionals with a structured training program to develop key consulting skills that are necessary for all practice areas, facilitating collaboration and development across our network of consultants whilst also provide an understanding of Tetra Tech and the career opportunities available.
A key part of the program is an annual development workshop that brings together consultants from across Australia and New Zealand. This dynamic and interactive workshop aims to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as self-awareness, personal branding, presentation, and emotional intelligence.
Joined by Tetra Tech and Tetra Tech Coffey senior leaders, the workshop enables participants to learn from their insights and experiences.
The most recent workshop was held in Sydney, Australia in March 2023, and was attended by over 30 representatives from Australia and New Zealand. The workshop featured a variety of sessions, with highlights including:
- A welcome session to foster connections among the consultants.
- A keynote speech by President of Tetra Tech Jill M.Hudkins, who shared her vision and values for the company and insights into her career journey.
- Keynote presentations from Tetra Tech Coffey President, Brigid Moriarty, and leaders Erin Pears and Monika Janiak who shared insights for consultants delivering solutions for real-world challenges.
The day concluded with a networking event where participants enjoyed building connections after a busy day of learning.
The workshop was a highly successful and rewarding event, and the graduates expressed their appreciation for the experience.
